Bright straw to gold in hue. Fluffy head abounds with solid retention and scattered lacing.
Nose pops with citrus and pine resin followed by a light grass note.
Flavor is zesty citrus rind, and a mild piney hint.
Mouthfeel is light, active, and finishes a tad dry.
Overall, definitely lives up to the description of "West Coast" in the hop profile, setting it apart from a traditional pilsner.
