Handsome amber tea-colored beer with sticky, long-lasting foam. Smells of grain and faintly of the brewhouse. Lush and sudsy on the tongue with a light body. Smooth grainy taste and a modest bitter aftertaste. Slight bit of roasted malt and a watery finish, but refreshing. Overall this is an unpretentious but highly quaffable lighter brew. Not sweet like a Vienna, but a clean taste with wonderful slushy sensations. From the 16 oz can dated 08/11/25.

On tap at Windsor Homebrew in Anaheim, CA.
Wow, gorgeous pour. Deep amber to brown in hue with a soft sandy head that hangs for a good spell. Nice retention, layered, light lacing.
Nose is a smooth balance of gentle malts that hint at fruit but then make way for a smooth noble hop profile.
Flavor follows the nose beautifully. Vey balanced.
Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of medium, gentle carbonation, and a really (again) balanced finish.
