Clear golden amber brew with sticky foam in the Frydenlund half-litre glass. Pleasing aroma of citrus, leaf mold, and alfalfa. Lively and sudsy with a mouth-filling sensation. Clean and fruity in the limey zone. Flavors of lime peel, browned biscuits, and unsweetened pineapple with a sharp finish. Moderate bitter aftertaste with some woody notes. This is a more in-your-face hoppy Pilsner but interesting flavors and quite drinkable. You could be forgiven for thinking this was an IPA. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.

On tap at Windsor homebrew supply in Anaheim, California.
Golden tinged straw hue. Fluffy white head starts off strong but quickly retreats. Low retention with scattered lacing.
For a double dry, hopped beer and still presents with the predominantly, noble hop nose.
Flavor and mouth field together. A mile grain note, again the Melange of noble hops bring a slight hint of pepper and citrus. Crisp.
