16oz can served in a snulip. Canned on 03/18/25. Probably bought it at Windsor Homebrew a couple weeks ago.
Pours hazy yellow-amber with a big, fluffy head that settles into a thick, webby lacing and residual head. Smell is citrus pith and mango skin, fresh and lemony.
Taste is not substantially more expressive. Grain comes out more clearly, more floral than juicy, plenty of pith and fruit skin.
Mouthfeel is fluffy. Nice beer, but not revelatory.
