Still going in exton, and apparently there is more to come. This beer is one of them new fangled low cohumolone hop IPAs, or at least that's how it tastes to me. Reminded me a lot of 90 minute, but smaller of course. I did like this beer though. Big spicy, fruity nose, very little malt there. Taste is complex hoppiness. Very complex. Nice soft hop flavors, but intense softness, if that makes any sense, I think its the low cohumolone hops. They claim lots of Warrior and a secret blend late addition. Very spicy and bold but not harsh. Almost vegetal/grassy. An interesting hop flavor to say the least.

I was lucky enough to be at The Drafting Room in Exton before they kicked their last keg of this stuff. Treoegs did an excellent jopb with this one. It was a nice clean copper color with little amount of head. A richly balanced beer with the extra "oomph" of hops. It was crisp to the taste and definately a hophead's delight. I wish they had it year round!

This came in a half-gallon growler jug courtesy of PisskyNights, many thanks to him. This poured out a clear dark amber color with good bubbling carbonation and a tall white head of foam peeking out of the glass. As the head receded down of a covering of bubbles it left good sheet of lace around the glass that clung to it for a while. Very pleasant aroma stirs from the glass with a nice blend of fruity sweet malts as well as a sharp citric hop smell. Definite notes of floral and piney hops as well mingle about to make this wonderful smelling brew. Quite the balanced nose as neither the malts nor the hops tend to dominate but at the same time both make their presence well known. Great flavor here with sweet caramel malt taste upfront followed by the citric piney bite of the hops. A nice crisp clean taste all around with a bitter finish, very tasty indeed. Mouthfeel is about medium with good carbonation. Obviously drinkability is not a problem with the entire growler being downed quite easily in one sitting and I wish I had more afterwards. A well-balanced and tasty IPA that I would highly recommend you try if you can get your hands on it.

TROEG'S 10th Anniversary for the Drafting Room was a long time in the waiting. Finally! Great looking IPA with dark orange hues in a clear pour under an attractive white head that quickly scoots to a ring. Plenty of sliding lace.

Awesome hops aroma. Most likely Cascade and Warrior with some mystery hops. Towards the end, this warmed up offering offers awl-kee-hawl aromas.

Delicious piney hops with everlasting hops flavors of grassy maybe Amarillo. Gobs and gobs of juicy, slightly acidic pure citrous. Not a grapefruit or peel dry, rather a fruity hop. [Have I written the word "hop" enough?] The taste finishes with a sweet lasting watery aftertaste. One of my favorite IPAs ever tasted. Good sizzle but not overbearing in the feel.

Last swigs: This is an excellent IPA! Reminds me of TROEGS Hop Back and their Nugget Nectar mostly. Yummy IPA. Seek this out if you are local. Not sure why this is an English IPA as it seems more of the kick butt East Coast IPAs like Hop Devil.

***UPDATE ***
Maybe my last growler of TROEG'S 1oth, but still GOOOD !!! $10 smackers for a German growler??? Still laffin' at the delight but cryin' that we sing Auld Lang Syne.

Beer is good. Happy hoppy beer.

WOW! WOWWY WOW WOW WOW! Maybe the best IPA I have ever had. It pours a nice, full, medium amber. Looks almost like (Yuengling) Lager
The head is lightly tan, creamy, and thick, and last (while lacing) all the way down.
The smell is a deep, rich, flowering citrus aroma, full and lasting as well.

The taste - a sweet, full bodies citrus, with just the right amount of bittering for a pleasent charecter. It has a nice malt skeleton, but, the dominate hop, both bitter and sweet, mixes and dances the night away. wow. SO good. They are the "muscles" so to speak. I was told the keg was dry-hopped, and it, IMO, shows in so many way. Slight, bitter after taste, but that only finished the brew off in the nicest possible way.

The nice, medium mouthfeel, coupled w/ the pleasent floral aroma, could make this a great year round beer. Here's to hopin'

Go, get your self some. NOW! DO IT!
