Assembled of Bravo, Cascade, Crystal and Mosaic hops, Scratch #207 explores the vastness of the humulus lupulus spectrum – all the way from earthy and spicy to ripe and fruity. Standing front and center is the Mosaic hop, an American variety rife with bright citrus and juicy tropical fruits.

Had this on 2015-10-09 at the brewery on tap
A - Clear golden-orange with a 2-finger white head and nice lace
S - Fruity, hop floral, light pine and citrus.
T - Slightly hop forward, citrus flesh, biscuit, pine, light earthy spice, moderate bitterness continues into the finish. Great balance.
M - Light-medium body and medium carbonation. Lightly prickly and fairly dry. Certainly refreshing.
O - Just a tasty, well-balanced APA. Won't knock your socks off but you will be glad you had some in your glass.
