With Scratch #237, we’re going back to basics. Sticking exclusively to Cascade hops (a hallmark of American craft brewing) allows us to get down to the nitty-gritty flavors of grapefruit rind, black pepper, and earthy spice.

Draft at Troegs. The brew appears a clear golden yellow color with a white cap that holds well. A pleasant hoppy aroma that is fruity with a touch of pine and fresh cereal grains. The taste is somewhat soapy before a slight herbal to pine and lemongrass hop flavor. This is light in body and moderately carbonated. Overall very easy drinking.
