We helped our friends at Big Hill Ciderworks press dozens upon dozens of bushels of Winchester and Fuji apples for this farmhouse-style apple ale. The sweet and tannic combination of the apples complements the distinct spicy flavor and subtle dryness of the French Saison yeast.
