On draft at the brewery, couple growlers at the house.
L- Golden hue, nice lacing.
S- Fruit, slight pine
T-brief rye up front followed by tropical fruit/pineapple, lime, bitter rind and pine note on finish.
F- medium carb, astringent then slightly coating
O- Rye not as dominant as with other rye beers, but this is delicious. Superbly balanced, sessionable, and complex enough to keep it interesting. IMO, this one deserves a seasonal rotation.
