L: Clear slightly hazed gold with lots of active carbonation, a huge fluffy white head, excellent retention, and sheets of lacing.
S: Grainy wheat cracker, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander, hay, and a hint of clove.
T: Grainy, wheaty, crackery malt, mild lemon/orange peel, diluted orange juice/Sunny D, apple, hay, and some coriander and clove.
F: Fluffy, boisterous carbonation; medium-light feel. Feels much bigger than 5.2%
O: A really solid witbier. I very much enjoyed it.

Aroma of clove and spice, pours a nearly opaque pale orange with a thin white head. Light bodied, with a touch of wheat, and a clean clove and earthy finish. This leans heavier to the spice side of a witbier, with just a touch of citrus to brighten it up. Overall, a solid Witbier.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Clear light golden pour with 2 fingers of foamy white head. Great retention and massive lacing.
S: Spicy... yeasty esters and wheat. Lemongrass and thyme.
T/F: Sweet toasted malts/grains. Complex esters and spice... yeast and citrus rind. Zesty carbonation... light bodied and crisp. The finish is mild lemon and spice.
O: A super Witbier... a hard style to make interesting but Troeg's hits this one out of the park. Nicely done.

Simple & solid, coriander isn’t overpowering, nice subtle lemon peel, crisp malt, has a little more identity than something like a blue moon which is nice
