on tap at the brewery friday night. my first experience with the style.
Arrived at the table in a 10oz goblet, which I thought was odd. Pale yellow body, faintly cloudy, with a good honest bright white head leaving good lacing.
An aroma of straw & hay, along with a light citrus touch.
Interesting taste. pretty mild overall. if I had to pick a foremost flavor, it would be grassy, with a touch of citrus.
Mouth a fair bit above medium. Finish is dry, though not as much as I thought it would be. There is a very light bitterness as well.
Overall, an okay drink. Not something I would likely seek out, but happy to have given it a try. abv of 6.9 well nigh invisible.
