12.7 oz. Corked and caged bottle picked up at the brewery on Friday. Bottled 4/11/19, so about 5 weeks old.
Hazy dull orange body. Lots of carbonation initially, then the bubbly white head diminishes to a ring.
Tart fruit and apple aroma.
On taste, it's hard to find the apricot, more sweet apple than anything else. Quite sour and tart, drying out the mouth. You get the feel of the lacto, but it's not overly done. A little oak as well.
Mouth close to full, finish lastingly tart and a little dry.
Overall, a decent enough drink, but i really wish the apricots had been more pronounced.
