Sampling a cellar temp 16 oz can poured into my snifter. The beer is a gift from my brothers. Thank you!
Beer pours a hazy golden rod to lemonade color. A fizzy bleached white bright head of 3.5 cm foams up and fades to a frothy surface layer leaving windowpane lattice on my glass.
the aroma is hops from the pour forward, I get hits of orange notes, grass and some honey on the nose. There is also some pineapple notes but no hints of the ABV here. Maybe a little bit of a biscuity note mixes up the hops too.
First sip reveals a light and crisp body on the beer with very fine and tingly carbonation. The beer is fairly crushable and is good for a warm summer day, but the ABV may sneak up on you.
Flavor is some fruity notes and a bit of biscuity yeast. The fruit is orange and pineapple with a bit of tanginess with a little bit of white grape flavor. the beer dries out very quickly on the swallow. The booze is not present here either and this beer drinks pretty easy. Glad to have tried this and would do other brews in this style in the future.
