For this soft and juicy IPA, we explore the intersection of Simcoe, Citra and the Australian hop Galaxy. Through endless small-batch trials and a little luck, we discovered that this hop combination delivers bright waves of ripe pineapple and tropical gummies on the nose, layered with notes of juicy citrus and ripe passionfruit. It’s a hazy, hoppy harvest ale that’s so good you’ll wanna holler!

Freshest by 11/16/22.
L - hazy golden with large, carbonated white head. Very good lacing.
S - citrusy, grapefruit, lemon. Not overpowering.
T - follows the nose. Not a lot of bitterness. Nice!
F - medium mouthfeel with semi-smooth/carbonated feel. Moderately dry finish m. Quite a lingering aftertaste.
O - really nice beer. Quite a delight to drink. Since the “freshest by” date is on my birthday, I think I’ll have one then.

Tastes like every other IPA out there to me.
Not my favorite style of beer whatsoever.

Poured from a fresh sixtel at home. Knock-out aroma, nice golden/amber cloudy, and creamy lasting head. Lemon and orange with a slight skunkiness that blends perfectly. Too bad it has a bite and lingering bitterness to it. Might be perfect at a 5-something ABV. But definitely a repeat purchase for me.

Pours a sexy orange. Thick foam. Dank hop aroma. Deep and delicious hop body. Not much bitterness. A rich malt finish. A great profile. Everything you could want in an IPA.

It is juicy with tropical fruit like tangerine, lemon zest, grapefruit, orange juice, Razzles candy and piney hops, followed by sweet malty aspects like biscuit, graham cracker, faint caramel and light peppery spices. It was well balanced, crisp and easy to drink.

Disappointed - Very subdued, no-pop and certainly no holler in this one. Mellow tasting NEIPA. Way better NEIPA options from Troegs vs. this one. Might be a good starter for those working way up craft ladder for commercial mainstream beer genre.
