A golden amber shade with great clarity and thick white head with lace that clings
Smell has a fragrance of floral hops with sweet malt and slight yeast scent that is bready
The feel is very good with both maltcsweetness and moderate carbonation with low bitterness and semi dry finish
The taste is great with a malt forward quality with low sweetness and mild mineral element indicative of the style yet light yeast fruitiness and spice with gentle caramel accent
This is a great beer on the kolsch style in that it is not heavily malt laden yet is drinkable and still present with a malt yeast and hop presence that are both subtle yet enjoyable
