Scratch #444 is a nontraditional take on a weissbier. Built on a backbone of malted wheat, raw wheat and pilsner malt, this beer gets a pop of orange color from the addition of caramel malt. The raw wheat adds doughy notes of grain, while our DreamWeaver yeasts pushes notes of banana and allspice forward.
