With Scratch #451, we’re pushing at the edges of the West Coast Double IPA style. You’ll find traditional “C” hops like Citra and Chinook blended with the newer Strata variety. Look for dank notes of grapefruit rind and white pine with hints of sweet berry and a crisp bitterness.
