The mystery continues to unfold as we traverse the twisting path toward a new IPA recipe. After tinkering with three previous Scratch releases, the grain bill – a blend of pale malts, wheat and oats – remains a key component for a touch of haze. Tropical-drenched Solero hops remain at the nucleus, while Chinook and Citra combine to infuse layers of grapefruit zest and subtle pine. London 3 yeast amplifies the bright tropical notes of this crisp, radiant IPA.
