Scratch #476 straddles the line between a Schwarzbier and Baltic Porter that we’ve taken to calling a Doppelschwarz. Dark caramel malts add the roast while our house lager yeast lends a crisp, snappy finish. Curl up around the fire with notes of crusty hearth-baked bread, chocolate and molasses in this black walnut-hued lager.
