Poured into a Modern Times willi becher
P copper w/ a 2f very slightly off-white head; looks great; med heavy lace
N soft-med nose of floral notes w/ some caramel beneath
T follows w/ floral and honeysuckle/honey flavors, balanced out by med caramel malt w/ some sweetness; simple and reasonably tasty; some berry notes in there too
Mf light-med bodied; med to med-high carb,
O not too shabby at all; good flavor and quite drinkable for the style; I dig it; thanks, J!

Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is gold, clear/transparent, head is frothy off white with smallish bubbles, head lingers with solid head and spotty lacing.
Smell is big sweet mixed citrus and pineapple and light pine, sweet malt comes through afterward and light boozy esters.
Taste is sweet malt, mixed citrus and stone fruit, lighter pineapple, some honey and pepperiness, hints of booze.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate/strong sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a sweeter straight up (not hazy) DIPA - a little over sweet for a Troeg's IPA but still more interesting than 90% of hazies.

Another infrequent, yet welcomed combination from a great Pennsylvania brewery and a regional supermarket chain. The entire contents of a pint can were easily emptied into a clear glass liter mug. There wasn't much of an off-white head produced. Its color is lightly and brightly copper-amber and it's rather translucent. Although modest, there's breadiness and general hoppiness to placate the nose. Its taste is well balanced with a complexly sweet malty backbone and a hop flavor that's much more earthy than fruity. The mouthfeel is on the light side, making this very drinkable. There's enough malty backbone to disguise a pretty potent ABV. Maybe it doesn't matter that the modest head didn't last and there was no glass lacing. This is a good IIPA and encourages looking forward to the next time Troegs makes a beer for distribution at Giant Supermarkets.

A - Pours a medium copper gold color with perfect clarity and moderate carbonation, lacing is dense and frothy.
S - Nose is very fruity and is dominated by citrus and pineapple.
T - Taste is all citrus, stone fruit, and pineapple from start to finish. Ends with a nice piney citrus bitterness with a little bit of peppery spice and lingers for quite awhile after the sip.
M - Medium body with prickly carbonation and dries out the back of the tongue while the front of the mouth is wet.
O - A solid middle of the road D-IPA.

16oz can into a Troegs pint glass. Best by 8/20/2025.
Looks very good. Golden/amber body with a strong foamy white head. Nice lacing early on. Aroma is clean, faintly hoppy. On tasting, very fruity, pineapple though not sharp, some non citrus. Hop bite tries very hard to push through the sweetness, with limited success. Finish is clean, and abv seems lower than listed.
Overall, an okay drink, nothing spectacular, roll on Nimble Giant
