Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Ever Grain Brewing Co., Local Dorks celebrates a longstanding friendship within the Central PA craft beer scene. Clocking in at 6.6% ABV, this ale is a blend of pilsner, pale, and caramel malts. The highlight is the New Zealand-grown Nelson Sauvin hop, known for its white grape character. Simcoe and Citra hops contribute bold notes of stone fruit, citrus, and a dankness that balances the crispness of the ale.

Can dated "freshest by 12/27/25" into pint glass. Pours a clear light gold with a decent off-white head. Initial impression is grapefruit, pine, and a bit of peach. Mouthfeel is smooth and fairly chewy. Finish is citrus and pine. Overall, an easy drinking and flavorful collab.

A fingers worth of airy active off white colored froth... Modest retention... Crystal clear pale gold color... A moderate bit medium paced carbonation rises throughout... Malt forward with caramel notes at the forefront.... The hops take a bit of a back seat and are citrusy with a touch of earthiness... The Pilsner malt really comes through on the palate... Birating with cereal grains and a touch of grassiness... Lemon zest... The hops take on a clean piney character... Feel is medium bodied and crisp with a touch of carbonation... Decent but u remarkable beer...
