5/28/26 SomosMonos Cervecería (Chicago, IL) - Taproom Notes: $7 tax included 16 oz draft, 4.5% ABV Pacific Coast Lager.
Appearance: Nonic glass draft pour yields a white head clinging around the rim, and thin to bubbly cover over the blonde golden base with faint carbonation. 3.5
Aroma: Faint aroma, caramel malt. 2.75
Taste: Caramel malt, biscuit. Hard to gather much flavor beyond malt. 2.5
Mouthfeel: Carbonation lightly prickly, more felt than seen. Really hard to gather much of anything. Dry, malt if that. 2.5
Overall: This is a meh selection. Think I’m stopping at two today here. 2.5
