Solid porter, nicely carbonated. The peanut butter is a bit subdued, roasted malts aren't too flavorful but drowned out by a weird faint spice mix. It's a decent porter.

Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is dark brown, head is tan and presents 1/2 inch thick and then dissipates to thin top with spotty lacing on glass sides.
Smell is peanut butter powder, light roast, hint of chocolate, light dry spice.
Taste is blend of peanut butter powder, roast, chocolate, and more notable chai spice blend with notable cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg but not overdone; really adds some dimension to the base PB porter style.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, lower bitterness with a light drying spiciness.
Overall a brew that might be a bit more interesting than the base beer - the chai blend with the peanut butter comes through slowly on the nose but more emphatic in the flavor.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a dark brown color with a one finger head of tan colored foam. The head fades slowly over time and leaves tons of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is quite heavy of a peanut butter and chocolate smell mixed with a whole lot of coffee. Along with these smells are spice aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom. Other sweet aromas of brown sugar and caramel as well as a bit of vanilla are there as well, producing a nice sweet and rich smell overall.
Taste – The taste starts out with a slightly bitter roasted malt and coffee flavor mixed with a little bit of peanut butter and chocolate. Upfront there are flavors of caramel, molasses, and brown sugar, all of which get slightly weaker as the taste advances. Some spice of cinnamon and nutmeg are present upfront, with both amping up as the taste advances. All the while a touch of char and smoke, as well as a little bit of vanilla and a dry roasted peanut come onto the scene at the end, leaving one with a drier than anticipated, and slightly spiced and bitter porter taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the average with a carbonation level that is low. Overall, a slightly thicker body may have ben slightly better for the style, but in the end, it was OK.
Overall – I was expecting something much sweeter overall, but was pleasantly surprised. The only real downfall is the bitterness of the brew and the lower level of pb flavor (was hoping for a bit more). All in all OK, but not as good as the original Sweet Baby Jesus.

12 oz can poured into a snifter. Pours dark brown/near black with a rocky tan head. Aroma and flavor feature chai, cinnamon, dark roasted malt, and unfortunately, burnt coffee in the flavor which brings down an otherwise tasty beer a few notches. Mouthfeel is slightly astringent. Overall the burnt flavor takes over a bit too much.

pours a cola brown body with a fluffy khaki-colored foam head that has moderate retention and leaves occasional sheets of thin sudsy wet lacing behind as it settles to a thin murky cap with defined halo
aroma is peanut butter and spiced tea with robust caramel malt; nutty and spiced
taste follows the nose but adds dark fruit and chocolate subtly. still nutty, still spiced, runs pretty smooth with a little bittering in the finish
mouthfeel is moderately high carbonation and medium bodied; runs fairly smoothly, a little chewy, with carbo prickles accenting the spiced nature of the taste. finishes slightly dry and leaves a nutty, dark chocolate, and spiced tea leaves in the aftertaste
overall:
pretty cool twist to the peanut butter porter that seems to be perpetually en vogue, helping this one to stand out as something different. additionally, this one felt fully realized, something also not largely achieved in this group.
while it's not perfect or game changing, and may not be for everyone, this is a solid brew. if it sounds up your alley, it is.

Canned on 1/18/22. 12oz can poured into a tulip.
Pours almost black; fluffy khaki head that fades leaving okay retention and decent lacing.
The chai tea and peanut butter both come through. Malts are there.
The flavors follow the nose. More chai tea and peanut butter leading the way. Some coffee. Some dark chocolate. There's a decent bitterness to this one. Low sweetness. Malts do their thing. Finishes dry. Alcohol basically goes unnoticed.
Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, crisp, spritzy, smooth and slightly fluffy.
This is an interesting and unique brew. They deliver exactly what you would expect from a "Chocolate Peanut Butter Chai Tea Porter". The chai tea and peanut butter both shine. Although I might not be personally crazy about this combination, it works for what it is. They did a nice job with the odd combo.
