Appears a murky brown with a beautiful, lush tan off white head that sticks around for a few minutes. Plenty of sticky lacing refuses to yield.
Smell is of caramel and chocolate malts with perhaps a touch of crystal malts that doesn't interfere with the other nice aromas.
Taste is of a well blended English Brown with a nice chocolate and caramel malt flavor with a hint of coffee and nuts.
Mouthfeel is smooth with some well balanced sweetness being rounded out with a nice mild hop bit towards the end.
Drinkability is good, even during these hot days of summer.
