22 oz bottle, dipped in red wax. Lable indicates coffee, cocoa, oats, and chilies, aged in rum barrels.
Black in color, opaque, thick off white head that starts to fade. As it warms the flavors come out more - the rum is most prominent. The most prominent flavor in the taste is the chili after taste. A bit of roast in there too. Fairly dry. Body is smooth but a little thinner than would be ideal.

Popped this open New Year's Day. Little foam eruption on opening left me fearing infection, but my fears were unfounded. Tons of coffee on the nose, with subtle chocolate. As for the taste, CHILIS! Wow, this is as spicy as free will Safeword or Habanero Sculpin. Spiciest stout I've ever had. Coffee still comes thru, but any cocoa nibs or rum barrel aging ate lost in the pervasive chili heat. Now, I love spicy hot beers so I rated this high, but I'm gonna put out there that this is not for everyone.
