"Wit or witout?" ... a goof on ordering cheesesteaks at Geno's. Chris asked me if I got the joke when I first tried it. Yeah, I did, but I'd guess most people wouldn't. But Manayunk is a big tourist destination and it makes sense. Anyway, basic witbier here. Average appearance. Nice nose. Typical mouthfeel. Well balanced and refreshing. Some spice lingers dryly in the finish. A great summer beer.

Presented as a cloudy yellow-orange colored beer with moderate white puffy head. Smell is nice and spicy, with some lemon essences also present. Taste is appropriate for the style with a nice spiciness and some some fruit in the taste. Finishes very refreshing. Good example of the style.
