From 06/02/12 notes. Had on tap at the Manayunk Brewery and Restaurant in PA.

a - Pours a pale golden color with one inch off white head and light carbonatioin evident.

s - Smells of floral notes, bread, and earthy notes. Not bad at all, but pretty bland.

t - Tastes of earthy malts, pale malts, floral hops, some light fruit. Very light all around, but slightly better then the nose due to the fruits.

m - Light body and moderate carbonation. Very easy to drink.

o - Overall an average light pale lager. Nose is bland and taste is slightly better with some fruit. Wouldn't seek it out again with some of their other stuff on tap that I liked better.

On tap at the Brass Rail. With Joe for lunch.

A: The lager is pale and blonde, a transparent straw color. A bleached white head comes along, lacing in a few spots.

S: Pale lager, biscuity malts, a noticeable sweetness with light hops adding a bit of florish.

T: As in the nose, the sweet bready malts are light with grainy fruits coming through after the lager warms up. Light hops, citrusy with a balancing tendency. The finish leaves a combination of the hops and light breads. Quaffable, even more so than the Moose.

M: Light but solid; the lager won't set the world on fire but I kept me interested through lunch. Also, worth noting that it is my first Manayunk brew (really?!?).

First had: on tap at their brewery

A standard lager, and good alternative to Amstel Light, which they also have on tap there for money-making purposes I guess.

Poured a clear golden with some carbonation and a small white head. Light scent of floral hops and some sweetness backing it up. Taste of grainy malts and floral hops, for a pretty decent balance, even if generally lacking in overall flavor. Light bodied and drinkable if you're not feeling adventurous.

I had this beer at the Manayunk Brewery and Restaurant in Manayunk, PA. It came in a pint glass.
Appearance: The body is a dark clear gold color. The head is a dull white, small, has good retention, no lacing and tiny bubbles. It provides a lot of fodder for nuculation points.
Smell: The aromas are dull caramel malt, earthy hops and some toffee notes.
Taste: The flavors are malt forward with caramel and toffee.
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is smooth with a medium body.
Drinkability: This beer is pretty good.
Don't drink and review.

poured into my BA pilsner glass. Pours a hazy golden color with a white heading absolutely no lacing.

Smell is crisp and of sweet malts with a fruity touch. Slightly hopped.

Taste is pretty much the same as the nose but a little bit better.Sweet malts with a fruity touch, but hops aren't really present.

Mouth is light-bodied,very watery and very little carbonation.

Drink is very good. I couldn't see why anyone wouldn't want more of these.Very easy to put a few more down.
