Clear. Deep amber with a reddish-orange tint. Off-white head that dissipates immediately. The aroma is fruity and has a good amount of citrusy Cascades. (This beer was previously brewed w/ Northern Brewer giving it a more earthy quality). The body is medium-light and has a moderate amount of large bubbled carbonation. The flavor is sweetly malty and quite fruity with some light citrusy hop flavor. The bitterness seems to have been reduced greatly from previous batches. The finish is clean with a light, lingering fruity malt. Overall, a decent beer. Very clean with no obvious defects. However, it lacks bitterness and hops for the style and seems a bit out of balance.
