Served at the Grey Lodge Public House in a firkin for Friday the Firkinteenth. First beer of the night: 13 August 2010.
They referred to this as a gold ale.
A. Poured a hazy pale gold with little head.
S. The hops were very prominent with very little malt.
T. Wow! This tastes like eating fresh hops - being a fan of that fresh floral flavor I loved it.
M. Quite thin with very low carbonation. (Carbonation level expected with a firkin, but the body was a bit disappointing.)
D. Very drinkable. A great introduction to the Grey Lodge as well as firkins.
