This finally crafted beer was heavy with different spices. It was a complex concotion with strong cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin tones. The taste danced on my tongue and went from ideally sweet to mildy bitter with bursts of flavor. Dogfish head is one of my favorite breweries for this reason. They can have a myriad of different tastes in just one beer and it's always be refreshing.
