This is a nice bock beer. Solid backbone with hearty, mealy undertones. the Abv. is closer to 9% than anything else. For those about to rock, you should indulge.
The use of several yeast strains certainly serves this brewery well. This is a great addition to the usual lineup. And a great name.

First had: on tap at their brewery
A tasty and somewhat complex bock, and one of the two better beers from this brewery during my first visit, the other being the California Dreamin' IPA.
Poured a slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Sweet toasted malts in the aroma, and also up front in the taste. A bit bready and nutty, with a light hop bitterness for balance. Light-medium mouthfeel and moderately drinkable, but not something you'd go back for necessarily.
