I had this beer on-tap in a shaker pint at the brewery.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam leaving a nice lace on the glass.
Smell: toasty malt with a bit of a “beery”, yeasty character, and some lightly citrusy hop character. It’s okay.
Taste: slightly sweet, toasty malt with a decent citrusy, earthy hop profile. An old school pale ale; not bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a perfectly cromulent, if workaday, pale ale.
