I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a shaker pint.
Appearance: medium yellow gold hue with a moderate haze and a finger of white foam atop.
Smell: lightly sweet and refreshing wheaty aroma with a hint of orange peel. It’s actually quite soft and nice.
Taste: soft, floral, wheaty, and just a bit astringent. There’s a little bitterness here, but the aftertaste kinda takes the edge off it. An interesting witbier … I actually rather like this.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: overall a pretty good witbier. At first it seemed a little rough, but it has this really good smooth finish that I am really digging.
