I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a shaker pint. The brewery bills this as a “hazy IPA”.

Appearance: pale golden hue with almost no haze at all, with a finger of frothy ivory foam atop. They specifically call this beer a “hazy”, though, so it doesn’t quite deliver in that regard.

Smell: moderately sweet with notes of passionfruit and mango. It’s working for me.

Taste: nicely tropical fruity flavors: mango and passionfruit like the aroma. These are atop a lightly toasty malt base. Not quite a typical “hazy IPA” profile, but a tasty beer nonetheless.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: based on flavor, I think this is the best Mexican IPA I’ve ever had. Drinks easy!
