Bought from Sydney's Oak Barrel. I added NBeer (or asked a monitor to add.) And I found them interesting for 3 reasons.

First, they are in their second decade and are rather intrepid for being in Beijing, capital of the land of bland macros.

Second, their site has an English button, which is better than lots of Bavarian Brewers around for a couple of centuries.

Third, they like to enter competitions: flaunting a page of about three dozen awards (which you can read for yourself for authenticity and non-repetition.) Plus of course, the U.S. doesn't need to go to war with China. So for all that, I give them very good Overall Hugs.

As for Winter's Coming, I get this huge foam and, then, any sign of it disappears. Smells are mostly malt... and alcohol. Tastes are the dark malts and ABV, but still reasonably balanced. Viscous, pushing beyond medium-mouthed.
