A blend of many different beers, all sours of course, and all went through the oak barrels. This beer took some longer ageing but reached a lovely profile very much reminding of a Flanders red. The light balsamic aceto acidity is present along with lactic sourness, but some malty support is also there, actually giving it an illusion of some berries being added in the end.
