A: slight haze; medium gold in color; less than a 1 finger white head that receded to a thin collar; light lacing;
S: white grapefruit; coriander;
T: grapefruit up front; coriander mixes in before mid-palate, but grapefruit remains predominant; finish is not quite moderately bitter;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; lightly dry finish;
O: very enjoyable; would have liked more bitterness and better head retention;

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow/orange. Smells very hoppy and somewhat sweet. The taste is very hop forward and smooth. No bite. Overall, I will buy this one again. :)

12 oz bottle, bottled on 2015-9- 15, not sure what these bottles have been doing for the past 6 month, but they are new to the shelves and I see no recent reviews....hmmm
The pour is clouded, apricot in color, moderate light khaki cap, leaving some nice looking high webs of fine lace.
Some coriander, cloves and Belgian yeasty ness on the sniff
Hops are kinda muted, perhaps it's the time in the bottle, but again the coriander, cloves and yeast shine through. Better then average complexity...love the style, this one is worth a try...hopefully next time it will be a fresher batch....
