Served in a tulip. Pours a straw gold with a slightly hazy clarity and a rocky, half inch, bright white head that slowly sizzles and pops as it recedes into a soapy slick. Nose expresses light, lemon notes and a clean yeast character. Taste follows nose with the addition of a slight sour mash quality. Unfortunately, there's also a slight metallic quality at the finish. Mouthfeel is bright with a lively carbonation. Overall, I like this brew - a nice table beer with a low abv that doesn't come off watery. Unfortunately, the feint metallic quality in the flavor profile detracts from the experience.
