Surprised that they still have this one on tap. Pours a dark brown with a small beige head. As Ive seen with many of the TB brews, there is not much of an aroma. The flavor makes up for that though. This one has roasted malt and semi-sweet spice rolling around the tongue, complemented with just the right amount of hop. The flavor is full and well-balanced, and the carbonation is low. The malt lingers in the aftertaste. Im enjoying this greatly, but that bit of sweetness might make it tough to have many more in one sitting.

Dare I call this Celebration Jr? Deep copper color, very carbonated, nice fruity/citrus hop aroma, bitterness backed up by sweet malt backbone. Very nice beer. Contract brewed by Mendocino Brewing in Saratoga, NY.
