Had at the Home restaurant in Branford on May 27 into a pint glass. Comes out yellow/straw, fairly clear, with a small head that fades down and doesn't leave lacing.
Very bright and pleasant aroma, some sweet citrus notes evoke fresh lime zest. There's an underlying malt sweetness as well. Flavorwise it is pretty light, touch of grainy malt and a bit of lime sweetness. A bit of tart after the swallow and I don't detect any strong saltiness.
Overall it's pretty refreshing on a hot day, but pretty useless otherwise. A very light Gose.
