We use a blend of Sorachi Ace and Bravo hops to give this pale ale a hefty aroma of citrus and lemon accented with floral notes. Light in color, easy drinking but with a fuller body to make this an exceptional session beer.

Poured from 12-ounce can into a straight-sided mug. Slightly hazy, pale yellow color, with a pinkish-orange highlight and a two-finger sudsy white head. Good retention, a bit of lacing. Light pine and citrus on the nose and palate. Meyer lemon, grapefruit, and orange zest. Light mouthfeel, good bitterness, and a dry and crisp finish. The can lists the hop bill as Cascade and Centennial, while the web site lists Sorachi Ace and Bravo. Either way, it's light and sessionable, not overpowering.

Poured from the tap into a pint glass. The appearance is a murky yellow-orange color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is floral hops with citrus. The taste is lemon and floral hops.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellowish orange with an inch of head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is floral hops and lemon. Some biscuity malts as well. The taste is lots of lemon with some floral hops as well. Lemon and lime peel finish. Lightly carbonated. Slightly oily mouthfeel. An easy drinker with a good amount of flavor. Worth having again and definitely would be a solid choice at a Minor League baseball game.

Draught @ Yard Goats game: This one pours a turbid, dark golden color. There was a small white head on it. The nose is good. Lemon, grain and some floral notes. The taste is good. Just a bit of bitterness with lemon and grainy flavors. Nice!
