On tap:
This pour has a lightly hazy straw body, with a white medium collar that froths with a swirl, but doesn’t reform a grand head.
Nose is light, but straw, apricot, hay, pepper come out vaguely.
Taste has a tangerine/apricot fruitiness up front, followed fairly quickly by a dry grass, which slowly increases in bitterness as the carbonation pricks away at my tongue. As the tingle from the carbonation subsides, a little funky note hits and runs. Exiting the back of my mouth, a little green peppercorn flavor hits without much bite. Dry with a lingering bit of citrus ending.
The fruity note is more tart than fleshy or sweet, so its presence in an otherwise enjoyable dry/grassy/peppery saison, a makeup I enjoy, is acceptable to me.

Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Big, beautiful fluffy white head atop a hazy yellow body. Great lacing . Very fragrant initially with a fresh floral smell that lingers. The taste is freshly citrus with orange, lemon and a hint of lime. A bit of a peppery aftertaste. A very nice saison.

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden straw color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, orange, pear, apple, white grape, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, herbal, straw, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, orange, pear, apple, white grape, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, herbal, straw, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of peppery yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange, pear, apple, white grape, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, herbal, straw, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from carbonation/yeast spice as well. High carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, moderately bready/grainy, and lightly prickly balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice saison style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.
