At a sessionable 4.7% ABV, the malt profile is that of a traditional pilsner style lager, characterized by its light and refreshing mouth-feel. Brewed exclusively with Helga hops, (also known as southern Hallertau) this beer hits you with a grassy yet delicate floral aroma. The late dry hop addition adds to the experience, making this beer a unique example of the style.

On tap at Renaissance Fair in Tuxedo, NY. Pours golden with long lasting, foamy white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of grassy hops and biscuit malt. Body is medium and slightly crisp. Grassy, floral hops and biscuit malt fill the mouth. Finish is long and dry. Nice brew, could drink it whole day.
