Keegan Ales "Stockade Radler"
on tap at the brewery on 4 June 2016
The Stockade Radler is made up from a mix of their Helga Pils, Mango (I'm not sure if it's juice or flavoring), and ginger ale. It's a clear light straw gold beneath a short head of bright white. The head drops readily and it leaves little lacing behind. Each of the components comes through, although I'll say it is a little hard to find the mango - although it is there in the mix, and most likely for the better. As any railer should be, it's refreshing, fairly light, and easy to drink. The mango and ginger give it an interesting twist as opposed to the usual lemonade / lemon-lime soda. It's worth trying, and it helps to support the Kingston Stockade Football Club.
