Bottle from brother in laws fridge. Dull, flat pour, zero head. Juicy aroma of grapefruits, taste too. Grapefruits dominate the whole thing, not much evidence of a beer in there, minor malty taste near the back. Would be good as a lawnmower beer. Towards the end, lots of soapy flavors become more prevalent. Gets worse as it warms.

Smells and tastes like cleaner. Like grapefruit scented bleach. The grapefruit seems to amplify the taste of the ethanol completely overwhelming anything but bitterness. If I didn't know better, I'd think Anheuser-Busch was trying to kill me. At the least the mouthfeel is good and holding your breath as you drink helps make sure you didn't waste a beer.

Since the regular Shock Top is absolutely dog food, I was a little hesitant with this. That said, I enjoyed this grapefruit creation. Crisp, fruity and highly satisfying after a day on the beach. Also at 5.2 ABV, it’s not a soft shandy.

Surprisingly not as bad as I expected. A bit sweet but I expected worse. I could see it drinking too many while eating hot dogs at a summer cookout. The decwnt but weak head dissipates and body turns a tad syrupy.

Whoa. Does this one have some sweetness to it. I do not usually like the Grapefruit category of beer, this one makes it sweet and almost to a point where it does not taste like beer, it kind of tastes like a bite into a sweet grapefruit candy that wants to be a watermelon.

Pours brite golden yellow with almost no head. Commercial flavor is heavily mixed with sweet “grapefruit” sugar flavor.

12oz bottle poured into Duvel tulip. Unintelligble bullshit stamped on bottom. Not gonna decypher it.
Appearance. - Very hazy gold body with fine sedimenent suspended throughought. Thin white head with fine lacing with moderate-low stick. 3.75
Smell - Literally only grapefruit. 3.25
Taste - Light grapefruit, sweet aftertaste. 3.25
Mouthfeel - Refreshing, light and spritey. 4
Overall - Easily accessible to non-drinkers, enjoyable, but unchallenging. Maybe not a session beer for a seasoned drinker. 3.5

A: Pours a yellow-orange color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Lots of grapefruit up front along with a touch of wheat and other citrus
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the grapefruit and then slowly gets into the wheat and citrus notes. A bit of sweetness on the back end as well. Finishes with lingering grapefruit
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: Good if you like grapefruit juice mixed with a wheat beer. Super easy to drink. Just a little too much juice
