This Farmhouse Ale is in the style of the ancient European tradition. This malt-forward ale is fermented with Kveik yeast and features subtle spice notes, thanks to the 30 pounds of rye used during brewing. Folgefonna gets its name from a glacier in Norway, and some of the water used to brew it was brought back by Brian when he visited.
