On tap (slow pour) at Geisthaus Brewing Co
A: Pours crystal clear golden yellow straw with a towering cream white head that hangs around, slowly settling to a firm layer and leaving some nice thick lacing.
S: Floral, stone fruit, peppery spice, a bit grassy and resinous, and crackery biscuity malt.
T: Bright, peppery, citrus zest, tangerine and lime, floral, grassy and resinous, underlying stone fruit, peach, apricot, and plum, and crackery
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp and smooth.
O: This one is a full experience. The beer itself is great, but the slow pour just makes it that much better. Lagers rarely get me excited, but I'm super into this one. The fact that I features all California grown ingredients makes it that much cooler.
