A quintessential pale lager that embodies the very definition of drinkability. Step-mashed with Weyermann Barke Pils and Munich malts. Kettle hopped with German Magnum and Mittelfrüh. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered in horizontal tanks until we couldn’t wait any longer. Subtle notes of fresh-baked rounds lightly drizzled in clover honey.

On draft at brewery 12/27. Deep amber pour w/ rustic yellow inlay; two fingers of head; copious lacing. Clean, bready malt up front, traced by a mix of spice & floral, citrus leaning on lemon zest & hints of pepper. Tastes follows w/ some crackery grain, sweet & subdued malt & earth. Finish is soft up front, clean in the middle, and somewhat drying on the back end. Love it.

Sweet and honeyed, bready-biscuity malty, a hint of corn flakes cereal, and a lemon citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a super-clean but slightly soft, cereal grain malty, lemon citrus hoppy bitter finish. True to style and delicious! I just wish it was a touch more crisp/snappy on the palate on the backend.
