A pale and extra crushable German-style light lager. Mashed with an absurd blend of 6 different select Pilsner malts from Admiral Maltings, Rootshoot Malting, Rahr Malt, and Weyermann Specialty Malts with a touch of Munich malt. Hopped exclusively with Hallertau Mittelfruh for balance. Fermented cold and spunded for natural carbonation before lagering in our horizontal tanks until peak crispiness was achieved. The absolute crispiest beer in Sac and our must refreshing lager we've produced, of which provides a low-calorie option without sacrificing flavor.
