A moderately strong pale German lager traditionally served during Oktoberfest in Munich. Mashed with a blend of Weyermann Pilsner malts, hopped with a touch of Hallertau Mittlefrüh, and fermented cold with our house German lager yeast. Natural carbonation captured by spunding, and lagered in our horizontal tanks for just over a month. This beer differs from its predecessor (now referred to as Märzen) by being paler, less toasty and malty, and focusing more on drinkability when consumption is high during the Oktoberfest celebration.
